Beadnall Copley Spring Instruction Offer – Terms & Conditions

To qualify for this special, limited period offer, the following terms must be adhered to:

The offer is available for properties valued by Beadnall Copley between 1st August 2016 and 18th April 2017 and where you are in receipt of a marketing letter from Beadnall Copley inviting you to instruct us.

The offer is available for instructions to market your property for sale received between 18th April to 7th May 2017 and when a signed agency agreement is entered into on or before 7th May 2017.  Marketing of the property can be delayed until 31st May 2017 (latest).

The offer includes the use of our preferred solicitor only for the sale of your property.  Engagement fee only and does not include the usual disbursements or fees relating to your onward purchase.

Your property must be advertised on a full marketing packaging and available for viewing on all media including the various property websites Beadnall Copley uses i.e. not on a low-key marketing arrangement.

The erection of a for sale board at the property is a pre-agreed term of the offer.

All inclusions included in the offer are non-negotiation.

No further negotiation on fees will be entered into with regards to the acceptance of this offer.

The offer will only be completed upon the successful completion of the sale of your property with Beadnall Copley.

If you do not complete the sale of your property with Beadnall Copley you may not be eligible for the full offer.

Employees and their families of Beadnall Copley are its partners are not eligible for this offer.

All Beadnall Copley decisions regarding the offer will be final.

NB.  Please note that if you are already on the market with another agent, you should check the terms of your agency agreement before deciding to move agents as you could potentially become liable for two fees if you are not out of any pre-agreed notice period before signing with another agent.
